This is a great video, and it's a fantastic practice. We have just started using Powershell in my environments to export schema to validate our software releases and it is extremely useful-- it is going to help us ensure our environments are in sync in a way we haven't been able to do before, but also make sure upgrade scripts and rollback scripts behave as expected. DBAs and devs alike should watch this!

Continuing with PowerShell I thought I’d show you something really cool you can do that would make a difference in your shop right away. So here I’m showing you how to script your tables, etc in PowerShell so you can automate them and add them to your processes. This is an excellent example of how cool and useful this scripting language is. I hope it makes you as excited about PowerShell as it does me.
